​Feeling overwhelmed by all the health and lifestyle advice out there? We’ve created this small, supportive workshop to cut through the noise and focus on what really matters for you in midlife. With just 10 spaces available, you’ll get plenty of personal attention.

Here’s what’s included:
✨ 45-min Pilates class with Jane – Suitable for all levels, this session will get you moving, cover the fundamentals of Pilates, and show how it supports strength, mobility, and energy in a midlife body.
✨ 45-min coaching session with Sam – Explore how to prioritise your own needs in midlife without guilt or neglecting family and friends, so you can feel more balanced and fulfilled.
✨ 45-min nutrition session with Isabelle – Learn the key nutrients and supplements that help women in midlife thrive, feel energised, and support long-term health.

This is your chance to pause, reset, and discover practical ways to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in your body and life.
