Core Strength Membership
Pilates you love. Strength for the life you want to live.
A guided online membership combining Pilates, resistance training and progressive strength, so you can move well, build muscle and feel stronger through midlife and beyond.
Whether you’re returning to exercise, already love Pilates or want to feel more confident lifting weights, you’ll find a way to progress that works for you.
£45 per month
Live weekly classes, an on-demand library, strength programmes and the support to keep you moving.

You don’t have to choose between Pilates and weights.
I love Pilates for the way it helps us move with control, improve mobility and understand our bodies. I also know how important it is to challenge our muscles and build strength as we get older.
For me, the two go hand in hand.
Core Strength brings together the Pilates foundations you know and love with resistance from bands, balls, magic circles and dumbbells. As your confidence grows, you can progress to heavier weights and more focused strength sessions.
It’s not about replacing Pilates with endless sets and reps. It’s about adding the right amount of challenge, learning how to use your body well and getting stronger for the things you enjoy outside the studio.
That might be running, skiing, tennis, golf, gardening, travelling or simply feeling more capable in everyday life.

Your strength journey, your starting point
There’s no need to be at a certain level before you join. You can begin with the classes that suit you now and build from there.
1. Move well
Start with Pilates foundations to develop control, mobility, balance and core strength. Reconnect with your body and build confidence in how you move.
2. Add resistance
Introduce bands, balls, magic circles and light dumbbells. Pilates Strength Fusion brings extra challenge to familiar movements, helping you build muscular endurance and strength while keeping the flow.
3. Build strength
Progress the resistance and explore more focused strength sessions with heavier weights. Learn to challenge your muscles in a way that feels achievable and appropriate for you.
4. Keep doing what you love
The goal isn’t just to get better at exercise. It’s to feel stronger and more capable in your everyday life, whether that means returning to sport, keeping up with the family or enjoying an active life for years to come.
You don’t have to move through these stages at the same speed as anyone else. Some days you’ll want a challenging strength session; other days, a gentle Pilates class is exactly what you need. Both have a place.

If you’re curious about adding strength to your Pilates practice, or you simply want to see what my classes are like, this is a good place to begin.
I’ve put together a free 10-minute Pilates Strength Fusion session so you can get a feel for the way I teach. A little Pilates flow, some added resistance and a chance to move your body without needing to find an hour in your day.
You’ll just need a mat and a pair of light dumbbells. If you don’t have weights yet, you can still give it a go without them.

Hi, I’m Jane,
As a Pilates instructor, I love helping people feel stronger, move better and keep doing the things they enjoy.
My own journey with Pilates began after two lumbar disc prolapses. It helped me rebuild my strength and confidence and return to the activities I love, including running, skiing and weight training.
That experience shapes the way I teach. I believe in good movement, appropriate challenge and building strength progressively. I’m not interested in making exercise harder just for the sake of it, but I do believe we need to keep challenging ourselves as we get older.
Core Strength is where I bring all of that together. Pilates, resistance, strength and a little bit of accountability, with plenty of options for real life.
I’d love you to join me.
