I discovered Mat Pilates whilst pregnant with my youngest son in 2010 and loved it. My weekly practice helped my aches and pains and kept me mobile and strong. As an avid runner, skier, tennis player and active Bootcamper, I suffered with lower back problems and endured a prolapsed disc twice. However, by adding Pilates to my fitness routine, it really has made a huge difference to my strength, being able to practice, ski and still run for so many years.​

I really believe that precision, control and alignment are some of the most important principals of Pilates and can help any athlete, dancer or active person maintain their strength for years to come.​

​In 2021 whilst living in Switzerland, I decided to retrain and certified as a BASI Mat Pilates teacher. I added to my training in 2023 and certified in HiP Pilates, the Wunda Chair and Reformer Pilates.​

I offer 1:1 Mat and Reformer classes in my home studio in Fetcham, KT22 and I can also visit you in your own home. You can join me on the mat online and I also teach group Mat classes at St Mary's Hall, Stoke D'Abernon.
