I get it — I’ve been there.
Hi, I’m Jane — and I created Back to Sport after experiencing back prolapses and disc issues that left me unable to bend down, drive my kids, or even think about running or skiing.
But through Pilates, I rebuilt strength, regained mobility, and returned to an active life I love. Now I help other men and women do the same — with a structured recovery program designed specifically for sporty people in midlife.

Back to Sport: The Pilates Recovery Program
Duration: 12 Weeks
Format: Weekly 1:1 Mat & Reformer Sessions (or small group mat classes) + Home Support Plan
Ideal For: Active men and women aged 40–60 with lower back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow or recurring injuries from sport or overtraining.
